Gary Nowacki— CEO
Gary came to TraceGains after spending 13 years at CDC Software – Ross Systems, an enterprise software provider to the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Pharmaceutical industries. As Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, his responsibilities spanned sales, professional services, and solution delivery in North America and Europe. Gary helped drive triple-digit sales growth, resulting in over 1,000% growth in shareholder value. Prior to this role, Mr. Nowacki served as Ross Systems Vice President of North American Sales and Vice President of E-Business Strategy and Initiatives. Before joining Ross Enterprise, he held several senior-level positions in the enterprise software industry with Xerox and i2, a leading provider of supply chain management solutions. Gary received his BA from Lawrence University.
William R Pape - EVP & Founder
Will is a serial entrepreneur whose previous endeavors were cofounder and senior manager for eighteen years of VeriFone, Inc. the world’s leading payment system’s company, and co-founder of Innovative Software Applications, the provider of the spell check engine to most of the early PC-based word processors. Will began his career as a United Nations development specialist based for seven years in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Will holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and two graduate degrees.

Vijay Khanna — Vijay is a General Partner with GIV, a venture funding group focusing on the enterprise software and services sector. Prior to GIV, Vijay served as Vice-President of Corporate Development for SAP AG helping fuel explosive revenue growth and launch the new SAP mid-market solution and expand the reseller program. Vijay also worked in the Corporate Development Group at Intelsat Corporation and as an investment executive at NewSpring Ventures, Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Investment Banking. Vijay holds an MBA degree in Operations Management and Private Equity from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Rochester.
Bill Melton — Bill has been an entrepreneur and investor in the high-tech industry for over 40 years. He founded VeriFone, Inc. the transaction automation company that provided electronic data collection and networks for credit cards and other payment systems. Bill was also an early investor and board member of America Online, Transaction Network Systems (TNS) – a nationwide network dedicated to efficient transport of financial transactions, CyberCash - a pioneer e-commerce transaction system, and Prio. Bill is currently an active investor and board member of several early-stage venture capital companies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies and Chinese philosophy.
Dallas Ross — Dallas is a partner and founder of Kinetic Capital Partners. Previously he was Managing Director, Investment Banking and other positions at ScotiaMcLeod Inc. where he was involved in a large number of major transactions including the $525 million takeover of B.C sugar and subsequent $415 million spin-0out of Rogers Sugar for ONEX Corporation and Belkorp, the $704 million monetization of Westhsore Terminals by Westar Group- and numerous others.
